This November, we completed a home repair project that transformed the life of a neighbor in need. We partnered with Lowe’s through the Single Home Rebuild Grant in order to fund the urgent repairs.
With the help from our dedicated volunteer team from Home Repair Ministry, we were able to complete the following repairs…
- Installed a new HVAC system
- Replaced windows in the home
- Installed new vinyl floor in living room, kitchen, entry way, down stairs hall, and one room down stairs
- Repaired two toilets
- Installed carpet on stairs
- Installed two smoke detectors on two levels
- Replaced deteriorated deck boards
- Re-caulked kitchen counter
- Cleaned and replaced dryer vent
- Replaced stove with new
- Repaired main bath room sink drain
- Replaced dishwasher bypass valve
- Installed disposal electrical cable clamp
- Installed new closet doors in upstairs hall way
- Re-oriented dryer to fit in laundry room
- Installed a new weather magnetic door seal
- Adjust / rehang closet doors in utility room and bed rooms
- Repaired one door knob
- Replaced seal on down stairs slider
